This package contains three products with 100% summer truffle.
Personalized packaging with Christmas themed bows and ribbons.
The box contains:
1 x120 g summer truffle slices (carpaccio)
1 x 80 g minced summer truffles
1 x 35g black summer truffle in brine.

Truffle carpaccio replaces fresh truffle in all its uses. It is preserved in extra virgin olive oil, which, after absorbing the aroma of the truffle, can very well be used as truffle oil once the truffle slices have been consumed.
- 100% minced summer truffles are the excellent substitute for truffle sauces and fresh truffles. It can be used for the preparation of pasta, risotto and first courses of all kinds.
- Truffles in brine replace fresh truffles when fresh ones are not available. The flavor of the truffle remains unchanged thanks to the brine.
All three products are ready to use. However, we recommend heating them for a few seconds to accentuate the natural aroma of the truffle.

The tour includes a guided truffle hunt with our dogs in the truffle farm and woods and a lunch (or dinner, depending on the start time) with the truffles found during the search and our truffle products.
It lasts approximately 3 hours (1.5/2 hours in our truffle farm and woods)

Yes, it is possible to organize private tours for couples or groups, even corporate and team building events.

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be completely refunded.
Cancellations after the 24-hour cut-off are non-refundable.

In case of adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain), we will be forced to cancel or reschedule the tour.
If we are unable to postpone your tour date, we will offer a full refund, even after the 24-hour cut-off.

It is possible to arrive by train to the closest railway station (Solignano or Berceto). We can than provide a pick-up service at he price of €40 roundtrip (rate valid for up to 4 people)

Yes, our truffle hunting tours are suitable for families and children aged 2 and up.

Although we love dogs very much, unfortunately it is not possible to be accompanied by your dog during the truffle hunt: our dogs usually do not like it. However, we can give it a try before the truffle hunt to see if they get along.
