Frozen black summer truffle 100 g

Black summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt.) frozen with latest generation blast chiller.

It maintains all the characteristics of fresh truffles and can be stored for 18 months at -18°C in the freezer.

IMPORTANT: once defrosted, it cannot be refrozen!!!

To be sliced/grated while the truffle is still frozen.

Bag contains 100g of summer black truffles, whole.

Recommended for seasoning first courses, risottos, meat, crostini, bruschetta and anything else you can think of to cook with truffles!

The attached video shows the unchanged characteristics of this product, which is comparable to fresh truffles and can replace it when not available.
