Recipe: Truffle tagliatelle for 4 people

500g of tagliatelle (on our website you can find tour  white truffle tagliatelle)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove of minced garlic
3 tablespoons of white truffle sauce
Salt and Pepper 
Fresh truffle flakes for garnishing


Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water following the instructions on the package. Drain them al dente.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and fry until it gets golden.

Add the white truffle sauce, mix well and taste. Adjust with salt and pepper according to your taste.

Add the tagliatelle to the pan with the truffle sauce. Mix gently so that to soak well the Tagliatelle in the sauce.

Serve the truffle tagliatelle on individual plates and garnish with generous slivers of fresh truffle.
